A few weeks ago, we had our dream baby shower! Tim and I love the beach and spend all of our free time in the summers in Ocean City, NJ – so we decided to throw a nontraditional beach party baby shower in our favorite summer spot! The vision was very soft, neutral, calming and bohemian inspired, with a luxe picnic feel. Enter the talented Ali of South Jersey Picnic Co, who helped us execute the vision so beautifully with her amazing luxury pop-up picnics. A special thanks to Ali, as well as Blair of Gilded Lily Events, who ran the day flawlessly. Another special thank you to Erica & Nick of Blushing Fields Flower Farm who created the beautiful floral arch and centerpieces you see – we were obsessed with them! We loved getting to celebrate our little boy with all our loved ones and are so grateful for such a beautiful day. Thank you also to A Cookie for Each Hand for our sweet custom beachy cookies, too! I’ve listed out all our sources at the bottom of the post in case it inspires you to throw your own summer soiree on the beach! We lucked out with the weather, too – it was perfectly cloudy and breezy for the hottest part of the day, and then we got a beautiful sunset as the day ended. We’re so grateful to all of our loved ones who made the trek down to celebrate with us and give us so many beautiful and thoughtful gifts! Now…we just wait on bebe’s arrival!
